This is the last of the animations inserted in a television project named "Tales from the Coral Garden", a docu-fiction about kids discovering the beauty of the Red Sea. The serie will be on air on january 5th to 9th at 3:15PM CET on RAITRE, inside the program TREBISONDA. I'll notice you for streaming versions. This tale is about Ima, Queen Tridacna. THE PLANT -I scanned drawings dating 1990 to produce, ten years later, an interactive animation ("a nuclear poem") related to the Chernobyl accident. I refreshed the material abandoning interactivity and adding a soundtrack. Here you can download this enhanced version, previously inserted in a personal anthology (flash animation, 394KB).

S.H.E. -I scanned xeroxes dating 1990 to produce, ten years later, an interactive animation about love, sex and machines. I refreshed the material abandoning interactivity and adding a soundtrack. Here you can download this enhanced version, previously inserted in a personal anthology. As I lost the original source code (along with the drawings) some nested animations don't show up (flash animation, 1099KB).

Original file was an interactive scrolling text, now it self runs along with a new soundtrack.

WAR=TERROR -This is the first "step" (flash animation, 2.4MB) of the STRATOSFORTRESS looping animation (see next item), especially produced for the CRACK! comics exhibition that took place in Rome last month. Originally I conceived this sequence as an intro for another war-based animation, "The K-Bomb", maybe never to be released. I leave to your imagination what "K" stands for.

The staff of CRACK!, alternative comic book exhibition, asked me to edit a looping compendium of my production. It took me one month to complete STRATOSFORTRESS (135MB), 50 minutes of animations, sounds and stories, re-editing most of the material and adding new soundtracks (flash animation, 281k).

DEATHDOTCOM -How can I survive the internet? This Flash animation gives a radical response. Death dot com has become my "greatest hit" since it was posted few months ago on Goregasm.com. First produced in early 2001, here is an improved version (641K, some sounds were added). In the meanwhile the basic idea has been exploited.

S.O.H(l).O. -In 2002 Elly Nagaoka asked me to produce an animation related to an architectural exhibition titled SmallOfficeHomeOffice that took place in Tokyo. Starring Gabriele Guerra as the Homeless Employee,  the song is "Miss Brown" by Switchyard. I already posted the file as a mpeg (7.5M), but here is the original (flash animation, 17M!). Quality of sound and images is way superior. SOH(L)O as seen on Memo n°31, March 2003 (jpeg, 116k)

Originally a slideshow, now a Flash5 animation (870k) with Pogue's "Lorelei" from the album "Peace and Love" as soundtrack. Hi-fi version available (4618k).

HORIZON -In late 2000 I was contacted by Rachel Bellinsky, vocalist of Switchyard, a band from Las Vegas. She proposed me to elaborate a Flash animation starting from one of their songs. Finally it's done! The song is beautiful, you can download both Lo-Fi (732k) and Hi-Fi (4.5M) versions.
